terra is a pop up dining experience creating a conversation between Southern Appalachia and the Northern Italian terroir. our goal is to highlight local food-ways and the wild pantry of Southern Appalachia.

our first priority is to feed you modern delicious food inspired by the traditions of Southern Appalachia and Northern Italy, la nostra cucina delle montagne. along the way we’ve really considered how that food arrives on your plate. this includes the time, energy, and money our farmers need to steward their land and the lives they nurture: plant, animal, and human alike, in a healthy capacity.

we work with farmers and foragers within a 125 mile radius for everything that grows in the dirt. we’ve expanded that to 250 miles for anything that swims or roams to bring the best products we can to your plates while having the smallest impact on our planet.

the world of wine is quite underdeveloped in the framework we’ve allowed ourselves so expect wine selections from thoughtful domestic and italian biodynamic vineyards.
